I was involved in an accident that claimed my fathers life and left my mother, sister and friend with tragic memories and scars both emotionally as well as physically for many years to come. I was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a fatal car accident in January of last year. Following my treatment I returned to my home in Phoenix, AZ. Being unfamiliar with the Denver area, I didn't know any local attorneys, and subsequently researched many firms and attorneys. After several weeks ...of researching, and interviewing attorneys, I chose Daniel Rosen and his firm to represent me. Because the accident involved a fatality, and several other victims besides myself, I was concerned that the settlement might not be enough to cover my medical expenses. I expected the entire process to last not months but potentiall years before a final settlement would be reached. Well, I am happy to say I was wrong! After less than 11 months, I was prsented wtih a very generous offer which I gladly accepted. At the onset of this process, DAn and his staff prepared me for what could have been an exhaustive process. He is a hands-on, no-nonsense, professioal who took a very personal interest in my concerns and needs, something you won't find in larger firms. His office manager, tracie gave me regular updates by phone and email, and anytime I left a message for Dan, my calls were promptly returned. Attorneys have historically an unsavory reputation, that in many caes is well deserved. Dan Rosen however, is certainly an exception. With my case now behind me and a settlement that I could have only dreamed of, I can't thank Dan, Tracie and his entire team of office professionals enought for their outstanding efforts, they have my gratitude and thanks for a job well done!

After a car accident that was miraculously not fatal, in which my boyfriend and I were hit on the highway by three different vehicles, we found Dan Rosen and signed on with him. What a mistake. Our lives were uprooted by pain, concussions, daily doctors visits, and ceaseless medical bills. We continu...ally looked to our attorney for guidance — unfortunately, we found ourselves chasing not only Dan Rosen around, trying to reach not only him (and over the course of four months, I was only able to speak with him once), but also his paralegal. We had signed away a third of our future settlement to Dan Rosen’s office and were left without answers on how to deal with doctors, med-pay, emergency room bills, lost wages, etc. Or, if we received “answers,” they would come late and conflict with earlier instructions from their office — “Why am I still receiving bills for my emergency room visit when you guys said you’d taken care of them.” Answer: “You might want to pay them, if you can.” Our frustration lead us to sign on with another attorney, one who responds to us within one business day and has clear direction. The story doesn't end there, though: When my new attorney's office attempted to have Rosen's office transfer our files to them, it took weeks to get them AND Rosen told the new lawyer we were difficult to deal with because we "called too much." Talk about insult to injury. My advice is to avoid this attorney (which won’t be hard because he’s pretty hard to get ahold of in the first place…just don’t sign on with him).
