I asked about a settlement, and I was informed it would be good as the other side was ready. I was tired of going to appointments and dealing with the doctors. I was just informed it would be a good thing as they were ready to close my case. My interest was not even considered. 4 years later I am sti...ll dealing with the injury and cannot even fight for myself. A word of advice please do not settle regardless, if the other side is ready to. Always fight for yourself and never believe anything unless you get full facts! This is something I should have continued fighting by myself instead of getting tired and giving up without 100% facts. Research on workman's compensation site through Colorado!!!
