Fall Injury

After the insurance carrier denied my claim, I could not find an attorney that would take my case. Not only did Dan take my case but he was able to settle the claim and make sure all of my medical bills were paid. They kept me up to date and advised me of progress throughout the entire case.

Accident Grand Junction

In the beginning I thought I would handle the case myself but due to the complexity o fmy mother being on Medicaid and my daughter being a minor the case was just too complex for my level of knowledge. I was resistant in getting a lawyer because I had a bad experience in the past so I was very conce...rned about working with a lawyer again. I told Dan about my past experience and was immediately at ease with his level of respect for my concerns. Dan and Tracie are real knowledgeable and down-to-earth professionals. My families case was very complex for the reasons above additionally because of my complex medical issues. I gained trust based on their expertise, level of communication and compassion. My stres levels were reduced immediately after handing the case over to them. My life was turned upside down because of this car accident. Not only did they navigate the case but Dan and Tracie were willing to meet with me any time and Tracie often became a listening ear to ease my anxiety throughout the process. I felt as if I were their primary case and received all the resources I needed to bring my health back to the best it could be after the injuries and emotional trauma from the accident. I am particularly appreciative fo rthe help they provided my mother in helping her how to set up a Trust to help manage her settlement. In my mind this went way above and beyond the call of duty. In the beginning I was burdened with managing three of my family members injuried in this car accident and where as I did continue to support my family by taking them and myself to therapy appointments, an indescribable burden was lifted by their office taking car eof everything else. Compassion and professionalism are prricelss. Dan and Tracie are priceless.

Hiring Rosen was a Mistake

Late last year (2016), I hired Dan Rosen for a personal injury matter as I read he has many years experience in the industry. Right off the bat, I had a hard time getting ahold of the attorney, himself. The ratio of inbound call to response was about 3:1. That means for legal advice, I would have t...o call or email an average of three different times before his paralegal would even get back to me. At one point, I urgently needed counsel, but their office didn’t respond for over a week. Frustrated with the vague answers his gate keepers kept giving me, I demanded to speak to Dan Rosen, himself. The front desk once again passed me to their paralegal who ended up “sending out an urgent message to Dan.” He never actually responded to me that day. Actually, he NEVER got back to me on the issue. I can't tell if it's case overload, incompetence, or just a lack of care. Working with Rosen’s office gave me the feeling that I was constantly having to chase down my own lawyer. How does that make sense when he'd be the one profiting from my case? His office made matters more difficult and further obfuscated options when all I wanted were simple answers. The additional exertion and confusion added a tremendous amount of insult to my injury - so much so, that I fired his office from working on my case. When you hire someone, there's an expectation set that they will work for you and be your advocate. I just wish I had a review like this to warn me in the first place.

I apologize that you feel the way you do however I did want to respond. I believe I know this anonymous client and my office has had numerous conversations sometimes several on the same day.. I have spoken myself personally with this client however sometimes people just do not see eye to eye.. IN this situation it appeared as if nothing we did was enough.. IN any event I will try to avoid this from happening in the future.. I have practiced for over 30 years and this is an exception to the rule.
