Dealing with Image Copyrights

After a quick search for IP lawyers in Colorado, I found Peter Lemire. During our consultation, he mapped out a likely plan of action for dealing with my image copyright situation. As this whole process was new to me, he offered advice on what to expect with the timeline as well as potential outcomes.... His advice and plan was clear and concise. I was impressed and immediately decided to hire him. In the end, I can say I was extremely happy with the outcome. Peter worked quickly and efficiently even with a very tight deadline for responding to the other party. He offered updates every step of the way because he knew I was a bit nervous. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an IP attorney in Colorado.

Happy & Relieved

I am very happy that I had Peter Lemire in my corner after receiving a Cease and Desist Notice from another small business. He took care of the response letters in a timely fashion even though he was in the middle of preparing for a deposition. He was upfront with me about the time frame he could w...ork in and met all of my expectations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who finds themselves needing legal guidance with regards to their business.

Not recommended

This attorney and firm was able to provide basic information on filing standard patent documents. But I had to go elsewhere for mildly technical claims writing (software), because not only were they not helpful with technical details, but they could not chart a clear path against large company infri...ngers. Later I tried them again on what I thought was an easier copyright infringement matter more suited to them, but after requesting specific and voluminous information and documents from me that took many hours to prepare and organize for them, they would not return my calls or answer my emails. I consider this unprofessional - I would not do this to people. Accordingly I would not recommend them.
