Biography
I have been an attorney in Colorado since 1974. My field of practice was very broad until 1990. I was a partner with a large Denver commercial litigation firm and represented the Union Pacific Railroad and other corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts for 16 years.
In 1990, I started my own firm inthe Denver Tech Center and have worked exclusively in the area of Family Law. I chose this area because I enjoy the personal interaction more than representing corporate clients. I believe my litigation experience is more extensive than most family law attorneys. I have litigated over 500 cases. However, I believe the most effective resolution for the benefit of the client involves negotiated settlements, whenever possible.
I try to work "collaboratively" with other attorneys to reach resolutions that are fair and amicable to both parties, if possible.
