Skilled, Attentive, and Accomplishing Great Things for his Clients

I recommend Malcolm and his team for anyone who needs a lawyer. He is phenomenal! I was facing a very serious case that could’ve resulted in extremely severe penalties. It didn’t seem to be looking good for me. Malcom and his team got the case entirely dismissed. This was a truly life changing outcom...e, that I know was only achieved through the immense skill Malcolm and his partners bring to their clients. Thank you Malcolm, Justin, Braxton, and the rest of the office for everything you did for me and my family!

"I have known Malcolm Seawell for almost as long as I have been practicing law. Malcolm started in the DA's office as a young newbie. That was almost 30 years ago. Even then, Malcolm's trial skills were top notch. Since then, Malcolm has perfected his skills and is one of the top criminal defense trial lawyers in Colorado. Malcolm's experience and skill sets make it very easy for me to endorse, and highly recommend him to prospective clients."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
