It's been sad to witness the court "expert" writing a report based on bias, mother's poor acting skills and hearsay rather evidence provided in the statement of fact (parenting app messages, emails, summarized by 2 attorneys who characterized it as extremely high conflict, yet Ms. Purchase character...
As a Child and Family Investigator (CFI), I act as a third party neutral appointed by the Court to investigate and make recommendations regarding the best interests of the children. I understand that the process is very difficult for the parties, and it is not uncommon for one of the parties to feel disappointed or upset with my recommendation. Please know that I approach every case with compassion and care, striving to ensure that each child's well-being is at the heart of my work.

Julia refused to read the “narrative” statement she asked both parties to complete - which provides the case history and impact on the child. Her report to the mediator/arbitrator misquoted court documents that were provided, had dates that were wrong, and omitted key facts supporting her “reasoning....
As a Child and Family Investigator (CFI), I act as a third party neutral appointed by the Court to investigate and make recommendations regarding the best interests of the children. In a CFI investigation it is, unfortunately, not uncommon for one of the two parties to be unhappy with my recommendation. However, I make every effort to serve the best interests of the children at issue.

Very biased! I wish I would’ve read other reviews before I hired Julia. I was told by my lawyer Julia favors a 50/50 schedule. She was also the more expensive option, over $3000. She only added one day to my every other weekend schedule. And all the lies my ex wife said to her, she took for truth, re...

Like other reviewers I wish I would have read her reviews before allowing her to be added to the list of CFI's that my lawyer's office suggested. Julia is a robot with no expression or thought given to the true well being of the child involved. I was told in court that she questioned my credibility a...

In a CFI investigation it is, unfortunately, not uncommon for one of the two parties to be unhappy with my recommendation. However, after practicing family law for almost 18 years and helping both men and women in various ways, I can assure you that I am in no way biased against either gender. I make every effort to serve the best interests of the children at issue.

I would not recommend Julia, I felt the responsibility of her caring and putting her job duties and priorities into the case was simply absent. I am not sure if here personal issues at home played role of me feeling like she was absent from my case. I would not recommend her based off of her performa...
