I agree with the other positive comments. I have Tony's cell, he responds quickly and has always kept me in the loop. He did my custody case and defended my ex's attempt for full custody of our kids and for higher child support. I ended up with what I wanted (50/50 custody). My ex works part time... but Tony got child support lowered based on his argument that she could make a lot more if she wanted to. He is a great lawyer, plain and simple. My case was full of conflict and my ex lied all the way through her testimony. Tony handled it with ease and destroyed her in court. He gets it and the judge sided with his point of view. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Tony has been representing me for 3 years so far. He handled my divorce, two contempt hearings and motions to change parenting time, maintenance and child support. He is really good handling witnesses and arguing my points in front of the judge. My experience with my attorney has been incredibly pos...itive. I have Tony’s cell phone and call and text him regularly. I talked to him one night at 10pm when my ex-husband would not return my kids and he was instrumental in ensuring my kids were in fact returned that night. His advice is helpful and there have been times when I changed my initial thinking when he laid out different scenarios or suggested a different approach (all of which helped me immensely). I trust him completely and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful, caring, smart and wise divorce attorney.

My ex wouldn't let me see our daughter after I moved out of state unless I agreed to her ridiculous demands like forfeiting the dependency exemption when it was my turn to claim her or paying more child support than was court ordered. She wouldn't let me FaceTime or talk to my daughter and tried to ...sabotage our great relationship. After two years of the insanity, I hired Tony Jarrett. Best decision I ever made!!! After my ex rejected all offers at mediation, we went to a hearing in front of the Jeffco magistrate. Got everything I asked for including most of the summer, most school breaks, all weekends with Monday federal holidays and monthly visits both in Colorado and in my home state. Highly recommend Tony to anyone needing an attorney who knows his stuff!!

I am Danny. I am real and my cousin is Tatia who is also reviewing our lawyer today. I hired Tony Jarrett about 4 years ago for my custody case. I was only making $20/hour. I called 10 lawyers and they told me they needed 3-5 grand for the retainer. What a joke! If you want to check facts, call aroun...d like I did and you'll know I'm telling the truth. I then called Tony and he said he would work with me. He agreed for me to pay $300 a month and sent me bills each month showing what I paid and owed. Ya, it cost a lot to go to court, lawyers aren't cheap, but I knew that. I got a great ruling from the judge and I thank my lawyer for that. I got my final bill and paid the $300 a month until I paid off my lawyer. I had to modify my child support later and he did that too. I referred him to my cousin Tatia. She hired him and liked him and he kicked ass for her.

Avoid this man at all costs and co to someone reputable. He doesn't even deserve 1 star, if you are considering using him RUN as fast as you can. He deserves to be in jail, does he still wear a wrist brace? He wore a cast for over the year he mis represented me, only to court though. Not only did he ...over charge ($$20,000+++) he left me to finish up my case on my own to go about collecting child support interest. Please learn from my miserable experience with him. T
