Mr. Nicholas did not represent me. He did, however, provide a consultation. I have been through a few consultations and I have noticed that the attorneys seem rushed and make you feel like the clock is ticking. Mr. Nicholas took his time with answering my questions. Despite the fact that I was no...t his client, his manner was kind and considerate, and not in the least rushed or hurried. He explained the process to me, was patient with my inexperience and ignorance of certain terminology and procedural steps, and while he did advise me to retain counsel, he did not promote his own firm or himself in any way. If I did retain counsel, it would be Mr. Nicholas.
