Biography
I was a law clerk for a District Court Judge for three years, then in private practice for 31 years. I began in criminal defense work, then added personal injury to my expertise. Over the years I have been a teacher of paralegals and I have regularly spoken at seminars for the legal community. For the past several years I have worked exclusively in family law with an emphasis on divorce, children and post-decree modifications.
I am married with four children. I am originally from Nebraska, but moved to Denver in 1972. I have published many articles and I have written one book on civil litigation. I am dedicated to helping those who find themselves in need of some advice and guidance and don't know where to turn.
I presently office share with a number of attorneys and their staff. I am in DTC which means I am easily accesible and centrally located for nearly all courts.
