A cut above
Ron is a lifesaver and a consummate professional. Ron has represented me in more than a few Family Court matters and I have never been disappointed by the outcome. Ultimately, Ron will always do what's best for your child and he does not waste time on frivolous motions or unnecessary expenses.

Ron gave me excellent advice dealing with my case. Was always happy to take my calls, even when I thought I was calling to often. Very effective in his method.

ineffective, unskilled, possibly negligent.
A public defender can get you a plea agreement for free. When you have an attorney that doesn't know and doesn't care you are in more danger, than you realize. Just because an attorney has been in business for 20 years, doesn't mean he's done any good work. Especially where a trial by jury is concern...
As a criminal defense lawyer, it's not my place to judge the innocence or guilt of a client. My job is to get all of the evidence available, have an investigator find additional evidence, and evaluate that evidence to decide the best defense strategy. Along the way, there can be plea bargain offers from the prosecutor. A defense attorney has an ethical obligation to pass those offers to the client and discuss them in relation to what might happen at trial. The decision to take an offer belongs to the client. In Tyler's case, I can't talk about specifics of his defense because it comes under the protection of the attorney client privilege. What I can say is the trial lasted TWO DAYS, was not a "simple trial", and did involve evidence presented by the district attorney into the second day. The evidence included police officer testimony and the testimony of an alleged victim. Tyler was found guilty by a jury of his peers after a full and fair presentation of evidence at the trial.

Lifesaver
I was in need of an attorney to help me get through my divorce. Ron was there for me in a very difficult time. His efforts not only helped me end my marriage, they are still helping me as I rebuild my life. I have already refereed him to others and will continue to do so.

Ron is one of the most thoughtful and concerned attorney 's I have worked with. He has a high level of integrity and does not run up your bill with mindless debate and conversation. I would highly recommend Ron! He is not your typical attorney!
"Ron is a highly skilled advocate who has a strong understanding how the law intersects with party's, who are often going through one the most difficult part of their lives. Ron is respectful problem-solver who is deserving of my highest endorsement."
"Ron is conscientious and caring. He identifies legal issues, researches those issues and derives strategies which he presents to the client to make an informed decisions as to how to best proceed. Ron has my complete confidence."
