A cut above

Ron is a lifesaver and a consummate professional. Ron has represented me in more than a few Family Court matters and I have never been disappointed by the outcome. Ultimately, Ron will always do what's best for your child and he does not waste time on frivolous motions or unnecessary expenses.

ineffective, unskilled, possibly negligent.

A public defender can get you a plea agreement for free. When you have an attorney that doesn't know and doesn't care you are in more danger, than you realize. Just because an attorney has been in business for 20 years, doesn't mean he's done any good work. Especially where a trial by jury is concern...ed. Ron lost a simple trial with zero physical evidence against me and because I mistook him for a qualified lawyer, I'm in worse condition financially and criminally than if I'd never met him our if I had actually hired the other Ron in the office that I had gone to meet with originally. He put in no effort. Had no ideas, had no courtroom presence, tried to plead me relentlessly though I was and am innocent. People have thousands of choices. Don't make the same mistake I did.

As a criminal defense lawyer, it's not my place to judge the innocence or guilt of a client. My job is to get all of the evidence available, have an investigator find additional evidence, and evaluate that evidence to decide the best defense strategy. Along the way, there can be plea bargain offers from the prosecutor. A defense attorney has an ethical obligation to pass those offers to the client and discuss them in relation to what might happen at trial. The decision to take an offer belongs to the client. In Tyler's case, I can't talk about specifics of his defense because it comes under the protection of the attorney client privilege. What I can say is the trial lasted TWO DAYS, was not a "simple trial", and did involve evidence presented by the district attorney into the second day. The evidence included police officer testimony and the testimony of an alleged victim.  Tyler was found guilty by a jury of his peers after a full and fair presentation of evidence at the trial.

Our lawyer's review

Ron Taylor is not only our "go to" man for all things legal. . . he's also a trusted friend. We've asked him, on occasion, to handle matters outside his primary area of expertise, and he has skillfully responded with professional excellence. He has never failed us in getting the job done.

The best!

Ron Taylor is a true professional. I was a single father who unfortunately had terrible representation before meeting Ron Taylor. I barely had any parenting time and my ex was manipulating the courts in a bad way, trying to literally cut my son out of my life completely. I followed Ron's advice a...nd took all the right steps. I not only have more time now, but I have full custody as I was never the problem in the first place! My advice to anyone reading this review,,,,,,, first and foremost, never give up on your children! if you are in a bind, don't try and fix things yourself, you will not get good results! If you are looking for an awesome Lawyer, and you are truly deserving justice, Ron Taylor is hands down the best Lawyer I have ever worked with. Unfortunately I have experienced some very bad lawyers! Ron Taylor will make you comfortable knowing you are in great hands and feeling confident that justice will be found!
