Recommend Lawyer

Rob represented me in my two cases. He is great to work with and helped me get a good outcome. Avoided jail time which was my main concern. Now my life is back on track and he got me the results I wanted. Thanks Rob!

Amazing Results!

Right from the get-go, 2020 was by far the most difficult and unfortunate year of my life. In forty years, I had never been in any real trouble in life but that all changed when I was going through a nasty divorce. Needless to say I made some pretty bad and dangerous decisions which resulted in not... one, but two back-to-back DUI cases (the first of which lost me a career of a lifetime). I was in serious need of the right representation because I knew I was facing jail time and the long-term loss of my driver’s license. Either of those two situations, let alone the probable pairing of them, meant my entire life’s path was permanently altered from everything I had worked towards. Thankfully, a good friend who is now my business partner referred me to Rob and his team. Rob wasn’t your typical predetermined image of an attorney. He was point-blank honest about the fees which were extremely reasonable given my current situation, the potential legal consequences of my actions which got me there, and most surprisingly, he was so down to earth and compassionate to my story. It was 100% genuine, too. Never once did I feel like I was talking to a man who made false promises in exchange for a fee. In fact, it was the exact opposite. He talked to me with nothing but respect. When it came time for the court hearings, Rob and his team were extremely professional and presentable, knew how to properly and respectfully address the DA and judge while remaining rigid on our terms, and ultimately they did the impossible. They navigated a route to an amicable agreement which kept my license status in-tact upon reactivating it as well as worked out a way for me to do a combination of weekend community service, probation and DUI classes that allowed me to build a new career without spending a night in jail. I’m so grateful to have met Rob and I’m proud to say that my life is back on track. Rob Biondino is and always will be the first name out of my mouth should anyone I meet require the best representation around.

Case dismissed

I hired Rob to help me with a case. He told me he would fight for me. It was really hard to put my trust into someone but I did with Rob and he delivered. I get a call stating my case was dismissed. He fought hard for me and kept his word. I appreciate Rob for saving me. He is tough and will fight. I... appreciate you so much Rob and can not thank you enough.
