Robert Biondino Jr.

So I hired this guy a few months back. At the time of our interview, I explained to Robert that I was innocent and that I would not take any plea deals. I told him I am looking for someone who is not afraid to take a case to trial. He assured me that that was him. So I hired Robert. I presented evid...ence and witnesses to Robert to help him in my case. Weeks went by and I received a call from Robert trying to Prosway me to take a deal. I told Robert that I made it clear in the beginning that I would not interested in any deals and that I hired his services for trial. Robert became angry raising his voice. We then begin arguing. He claimed if I didn’t take the deal, I was going to prison for a very long time. Once again I explained to Robert that I was not interested in any deals i was willing to take my chances in trial. He then got upset and ended our call. Later on down the road Robert contacted me again. He then tried once more to get me to take the plea deal I told him no I was taking my case to trial and if he was afraid to be in a court room trial, then he was dismissed and I’d hire someone who wasn’t afraid to fight for me. Robert got very upset and begin to shout so the call was ended. We had our first video court hearing (due to Covid) in the hearing, Robert was a little too friendly with the district attorney going as far as to tell the district attorney that he loved him at the end of the hearing. I became very upset and then realized that this man was not here to fight for my cause. I spoke with Robert by phone and expressed my concerns about the hearing and his behavior and that he needed to come to reality and realize that it’s my life and he is here to represent me and what ever type of relationship he had with the district attorney was to be left behind. He became very upset after once again denying the plea deal. So I told him his services were no longer needed. I told him I needed to be Reimbursed for his services he did not earn. He said no. I asked Robert for a printout of his services to show for his earnings and he fell refused and claimed he would not refund me. I then hired a very professional attorney. I presented this said attorney with any and all evidence and witnesses that would benefit my case, as I did to Robert. Wishing a month and a half, this new attorney had my case dismissed. Hiring roberts law firm was a huge mistake and could have had a bad effect in my life if I wouldn’t have stood up for myself and held my ground

Rob representd me on a dui. I had prior dui’s so I was nervus about gettin locked in. At initial consult he promised he <could get me out of it> bc I had no liquor. Next thing I know I had signed a plea based on rob advice. He assured plea was <best I would get> but he had everything needed to take c...ase all the way, but talked ME out of. Endid up with work relaese that tirned into jail time bc of his advice.

I hired Mr Biondino, On August 3 2020 for my arrest for possession of M-80's illegal fire works' My first court appearance was August 6th 2020 via WEB EX which his paralegal Katrina Timkovich, she set it up for me on my I -phone, you are suppose to due it from home, via I - phone, But being it wa...s my first court appearance I wanted to make sure that I could log on, I showed up at the office ready to log on. 8:30 am Mr Biondino, went ballistic cussing me out saying you really @#$% things up, He says sit here we got on line an a few minute later the site went down, He tells me to go home and log on I did the site never reconnects. I go back to the office. and Katrina Timkovich, tries to get me online with another site "Life size" cause 'Web X" did go down, that site never loaded , So she got me on line on her computer and I make my appearance' ========================= Would he have done a good job? I do not know? I fired him due to his verbal abuse to me, I have only been to his office twice 1st to retain the 2nd to make an appearance on WEB EX which he went biolistic and cussed me, out, I am not the only one if you read the reviews, this is common practice for him is to verbally abuse his clients,.. so I fired him. =========================== I obtain an other attorney when he saw Mr Biondino name he shook his head, He has a reputation out there of being a @#$%, &^%%$#@, to his clients, ================================== So I E-mailed him Good afternoon. This is Lanny Trout. I am inquiring about the final accounting and refunded retainer amount. It is my understanding we only had one web appearance and there has been no review of police reports. Per our contract I am expecting 75% of the money returned. Thank you. LT =================================== And his response ================================ I will review your bill Mr. Trout...your treatment of myself and my staff, after we literally put up with your childish ways is so over the top that i had never experienced anything like it in 24 years, that i do recall...further, I believe that you have a 50% refund due, as we entered our appearance and we did appear for a hearing to date...we will mail you a check, when Linda does my billing...do yourself a favor and treat your next attorney like a human being ============================================================ There was no hearing just moving court date till discovery ==================================================== I was there twice 1st time to hire the 2nd scared to death wanting to make my first court appearance via web cam,, I said nothing to Mr Biondino ------------------------------------- I paid a $5,000 retainer and he going to charge me $2,500.00 for his assistant being there to move the court date till we got Discovery? ================================================== in his contract (5) Termination: you are free to fire Mr. Biondino at any time and for any reason . If the counsel is fired , we will provide you with a final accounting based on the contracted milestones ============================== And so that one appearance was worth $2,500 ? ======================================== I have Filed a complaint to the, Colorado Supreme Court office of attorney regulation counsel 1300 Broadway #500, Denver, CO 303-457-5800 And they took my compliant, but also turned me over to the, Colorado Bar Association 1290 Broadway Suite 1700, Denver, CO 303-824-5310 And I have filed a complaint there too ================================ There is a reason why BBB has him at 2 stars

Rob was not helpful. I paid him in cash and he did nothing the entire time. Then he kept my money. I had to hire another attorney to finish the job. Rob was rude, he was late, and the court staff were not entertained nor was I with his east coast bullying antics. Do yourself a favor and keep looking... for a better attorney. Saul would have been better.
