We used the Marc Carlson Law Office to update our 16-year-old living trust that had become outdated. What we received was not just a new trust but a complete estate plan that meets the needs of our family both now and into the future. We waited to write this review until we had some time to read and work with the binder and the funding/process management approaches he suggests. It is pretty much perfect. I hired Marc after the passing of my wife. I was at a loss as to what to do next in a lot of areas, and especially estate planning now that I did not have a spousal beneficiary anymore.
