Sorry to be completely random but I was talking to a friend recently who I went to college with at UK back in 1994. He asked me if I remember anyone from UK and I said yes, I remember a girl named Katie Thurman. He said, let’s look her up. Long story short, I think that girl is you. Again, super rand...om but if you’re that Katie, just wanted to say hey. Hope all is well with you. And if you’re not that Katie, my bad, but hope you’re good too.

I feel beyond lucky to have had Katie James on our side when an "overly litigious" (I'm trying to be kind per the review guidelines) neighbor attempted to put a complete halt to an emergency sewage line repair unfortunately situated on easement between our properties. Her quick response and direct ...involvement with the scenario allowed our contractor team to complete the work in as timely a manner as possible for the benefit of our family. Her direct, yet kind and professional, demeanor got the issue settled while also saving what remained of our tenuous relationship with our neighbor. I can't recommend Katie strongly enough. Too bad there's not a choice for a "6 Star" rating on the scale above. Thanks again very much.
