Mr. Navaro a rare expert, he is very professional, and does not just go-through-the-motions like a so many lawyer-bots do… I consulted with at least 5-6 other real estate attorneys about a questionable 2nd mortgage foreclosure before contacting Mr. Navaro. Unlike most of the other real estate attorneys I had spoke to, he fully understood the process and the laws and he was able to actually see past the obvious and understand the nuances of the situation then suggest a viable course of action. Because of his expertise, we were able to confidently ask the right questions of the people that had bought the lien and come to a reasonable agreement. Mr. Navaro is a rare no non-sense attorney who empathizes with his clients and seems to take pride in doing his best and not just billing for extra hours like so many other tend to do. I am very thankful.

My Girlfriend and I contacted Steve Navarro in early March 2013 concerning an issue we had been dealing with since 2010 with a Denver County apartment leasing company.
