I have always believed that litigation is the solution of last resort, not the first. Good communication between reasonable parties usually can lead to conflict resolution., but when it cannot, I am not afraid to use the resources of the legal system to obtain justice for my client.

I recently used Mr. Navaro to assist me with a lien that I own. He advised me on my best course of action to protect my interests when the debtor filed bancruptcy and was in the process of foreclosure.
