This guy is a joke, he talks himself very well but does not deliver. He did nothing for my case for a while, paid all his fees way before case got started, barely spoke to him, all communications were through this secretary minus the first and last. He gets annoyed when asked questions and his work i...nvolves getting rid of your case quickly with little to no effort. His initial consultation he talks himself very well but does not deliver when it comes to doing the leg work to make sure his client get the best deal possible. It's like he works for the state and not his client. Be very careful about this attorney and pay attention to the negative reviews. I wish I did.

I was charged DWI by State of Texas. After some online research, I interviewed with 3 lawyers, and eventually I decided to go with Mr. Ferell due to his 30 plus years experiences as well as I feel comfortable working with him. This is my first lawsuit in my whole life (and hopefully this is the la...st time too), and with Mr.Ferrell's explanation and guidance, I knew what situation I was dealing with and what's the best and worst case scenario that I may get. He fought my case from many different angles and the "never-give-up" spirit impressed me the most. At courtroom, he did all the talking, and I felt I am in good hand all the time. Thanks to Mr. Ferrell, Ms. Riddick and Mr. Robledo - their diligence and research - I have relief. After this seventeen month long crisis of my making I can say major lesson learned and life dramatically changed. I have committed to not let myself or Mr. Ferrell and his staff down by successfully completing my sentence of misdemeanor probation they fought so hard for. Additionally when in Court environment I was continually impressed with not only how others treated him with respect, but also how he treated others. Wonderful man, incredible attorney - he sincerely loves the people he represents. If you need him, no hesitation - hire him.

Think about what you expect from a lawyer and multiply that by about 1,000 and you have David Ferrell. He went above and beyond my needs and treated me as an old friend. I couldn't imagine anyone else representing me. Mr. Ferrell is fair, knowledgeable, and kind. He listened to my concerns and limita...tions and molded my case to better suit my needs. By far the best experience I've had, and if in the future I need counsel again, I will be calling David Ferrell!!
