My DWI case was closed July of 2017. Not only was he and his staff extremely helpful and great at representing me, but just recently, 2 years after my case was closed, I found an error with my Driver's License and I didn't know where to turn for answers. I emailed him and his staff immediately on a... whim hoping that they could point me in the right direction. Not only did they point me in the right direction, they responded almost immediately, and faxed over the correct documentation to where it needed to go and had the error corrected in a matter of hours. Mr. Ferrell and his staff kindly and competently carried me through a very difficult situation in my life.
