David J. Ferrell

My DWI case was closed July of 2017. Not only was he and his staff extremely helpful and great at representing me, but just recently, 2 years after my case was closed, I found an error with my Driver's License and I didn't know where to turn for answers. I emailed him and his staff immediately on a... whim hoping that they could point me in the right direction. Not only did they point me in the right direction, they responded almost immediately, and faxed over the correct documentation to where it needed to go and had the error corrected in a matter of hours. They were very kind about it and just took it into their own hands to fix the courts error without hesitation. I spoke to several attorneys when this process began and from the moment I spoke with Mr. Ferrell, I could tell he was truly genuine and wanted to help me. This only proved to be more factual when this error occurred 2 years later and his staff couldn't have been more willing to help if they tried. I highly recommend these folks and I'm greatly appreciative of everything they've done.

I was charged DWI by State of Texas. After some online research, I interviewed with 3 lawyers, and eventually I decided to go with Mr. Ferell due to his 30 plus years experiences as well as I feel comfortable working with him. This is my first lawsuit in my whole life (and hopefully this is the la...st time too), and with Mr.Ferrell's explanation and guidance, I knew what situation I was dealing with and what's the best and worst case scenario that I may get. I am writing this review because I live in another state and had to find an attorney to represent a family member in the Army who was arrested on 3 counts for something he never did. All I had to go by was internet reviews to select an attorney and everything I read pointed to Mr. Ferrell as being t...he best choice available. My husband has a law degree and used to practice law and when I showed him the results of what I found out he said "I think David Ferrell is the man you need." Mr. Ferrell and all of his staff are very professional, quick to respond, easy to talk to and very kind and helpful. All three charges were dropped as a result of Mr. Ferrell's representation. If you have cancer, you need a good doctor. If you have a legal problem, you need David J. Ferrell to represent you. He knows the law and having been a judge himself at one time knows exactly how the legal system works and how to try a case. He has the very highest ethics and is absolutely excellent in every way. You will feel so much better when you talk to him and everything that he told me worked out to be exactly as he said. Without Mr. Ferrell's representation, my family member likely would have spent a year in jail and ruined his military career. I have only the highest regard and praise for David J. Ferrell and his staff.
