Manuel Parra worked with my father in a case to get criminal charges dropped. It is hard enough to find out that a family member is in desperate need, but when we got in contact with Mr. Parra, I knew immediately that it was a step in the right direction. After hearing the statements from my father and I(as a witness), he was able to give us a planned course of action in regards to the case. Of course, he did not give us exact court dates since those have to be scheduled but we were contacted to setup those dates. After my father appeared in the first court date to get the bond reduced, it was brought down from $100,000 to $2,500 and only 10% of that amount was due until the trail date.
