I’ve never had much Lucy with responses on Facebook, always receive an automated response to follow prompts. He responded personally ...within 30 minutes I was told I’d be contacted shortly after sending him the pictures. Sure enough everything was said and done within a 2 hour span, got them dismissed didn’t even have to go in! Received my receipt through email along with documentation of proof of the dismissal the following day! Will definitely seek them out again if ever need it be!
