If you’re looking for an attorney to be there for you through and through stand by your side. This is not the attorney for you unfortunately. Not only did I barely have any contact with him regarding my cases. Most of the times that I did come into contact with his office is when when they were requ...esting payments. He always stuck in court I would barely get callbacks from him when I requested them . His assistants said I would need to pay to speak with him when he was busy .When I had a warrant out for my arrest his advice to me was to lay low and to avoid being arrested while he could try to do something for me. I had to leave work for a whole month and not only that he kept pushing my court dates back and I ended up getting picked up and it made me look even worse in front of the judge. He barely defended me in any of my court hearings he would have one statement and after that he would stay silent while the prosecutor had a whole list of things to say about me. Only reason I stuck with him as a lawyer was because I hired his brother initially. Unfortunately after his passing I was not able to get my money back they were going to keep it so I had no choice but to go with him and I regret it fully . He wanted me to sit in jail while I waited for him to fight my case which was practically beat and when I hired him to handle my other case he withdrew after I couldn’t not pay him because I was juggling bills after being released but I was still willing to make small payments. But before I could do so I wanted to speak with him and his assistants requested payment first before I could consult with him. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a paid attorney .

I had my criminal case dismissed, thanks to Manuel Parra. Mr. Parra was very attentive throughout my ordeal, very efficient and thorough in explaining every step of the way. He's extremely knowledgeable in criminal law and very passionate about his work. He always returned any calls I made to his o...ffice, after leaving a message with his super friendly assistants. Consultation was with the attorney himself and not an assistant; always a plus. I would highly recommend Mr. Parra to any family/friends in legal trouble.

This man is completely unprofessional. I given large amounts of false information regarding my case, the outcome, and the real world consequences that this case would bring afterwards. It's not a matter of an unfavorable outcome, it's the shear amount of false information before, during, and after th...e case was dismissed. He told me I would have to wait 2 years in order to file a motion of non disclosure, and I did not have to wait any time period. Such time I was unable to apply for career oriented jobs due to his legal advice of not being able to seal my record until that time period had passed. His office also miss-handled the paper work filing for early termination of probation, which caused me to finish it 2 weeks short of term. Do not waste your money on this man.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON WITH PARRA, BUT I ALSO MOVED OUT OF THE CITY FOR BUSSINESS REASONS AND HE DOESNT KEEP IN CONTACT WITH ME AND I CALL TO SET UP APPOINTMENTS AND MY CALLS ARE BARLY RETURNED. THIS LAWYER SEEMS VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS JOBS, BUT EITHER HIM OR HIS STAFF IS DROPPING THE BAL...L. IVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 2 YEARS TO GET A COURT DATE AND HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO PROVIDE FOR MY FAMILY AND CHILD, DUE TO BACKGROUD CHECK REVEALING PENDING COURT CASES. I STILL HAVE COURT PENDING AND TIME WILL TELL IF PARRA IN ON THE SIDE OF JUSTICE OR IS USING IT.

I would not recommend Manuel Parra as a representing attorney for anyone! Not only a waste of money but also a waste of time. I had an on going case with Manny, and after I moved out of the city he completely lost contact with me. Never returned any of my calls. I called for 5 months straight every d...ay if not every other day. His secretaries were very rude. I would call and they would leave me on hold. After identifying myself they would hang up on me! It was so frustrating not knowing what was going on with my case. He was to notify the court of my move and he never did. I was never kept informed on any of my court dates. On one occasion, Manny was to file a waiver of apprearance which he never did, and a warrent for my arrrest was issued. My bonds man was the one to inform me of the situation. I wish I knew what I did wrong to offend this lawyer and his staff. I would hightly recommend anyone wanting to hire this lawyer to reconsider. After six months of no contact with Manny, I decided to switch attorney. After being on the phone with my new attorney's secretary for ten minuets, I was able to get more information than I was in six months. Manny was also refered to me by a close friend of his. I think to myself, if this is the way he does busness with a friend of a friend then how must he do business with the rest of the public?
