As a Human Resources professional I have a clear understanding of my Civil Rights. I came in contact with John Wenke after I was terminated from local auto insurance carrier. I had been employed for 4 yrs., in my opinion I am an overall good employee. After suffering the loss of my job, which I was d...evastated due to the circumstances that led to my termination, I called Mr. Wenke's for advice. He was able to see me the next day or so. I hired Mr. John Wenke, because the school district that I worked for nonrenewed my contract for disability not protected by law. After I explained my case and he went over my documentation's, Mr. Wenke excepted my case and filed a complaint against my employer with EEOC (American Disability Act) on... my behalf. John filed a lawsuit against the school district and deposition the school superintendent and high school principal. After the deposition the school lawyer decided to settle my case instead of taking it to trial. John did a great job negotiating the amount of the settlement.
