My whole experience with Mr. Wenke and the people in his law firm was a very positive one from beginning to the final resolution of my case. Upon the conclusion of my initial phone call to his office, and having talked to his paralegal, I had very good feelings that I had made the right choice. Th...ose feelings were bolstered after I had an opportunity to meet with Mr. Wenke, and discuss the details of my case. For any client, dealing with a legal matter can be a potentially stressful experience. However, Mr. Wenke's calm demeanor, caring attitude and professionalism made the whole process flow smoothly, despite some of the twists and turns that the case took. I hired Mr. John Wenke, because the school district that I worked for nonrenewed my contract for disability not protected by law. After I explained my case and he went over my documentation's, Mr. Wenke excepted my case and filed a complaint against my employer with EEOC (American Disability Act) on... my behalf. John filed a lawsuit against the school district and deposition the school superintendent and high school principal. After the deposition the school lawyer decided to settle my case instead of taking it to trial. John did a great job negotiating the amount of the settlement.
