As a Human Resources professional I have a clear understanding of my Civil Rights. I came in contact with John Wenke after I was terminated from local auto insurance carrier. I had been employed for 4 yrs., in my opinion I am an overall good employee. Not knowing what to expect, I explained the circumstances and Mr. Wenke advised me on the wrongful termination, which was retaliatory for testifying in a deposition in a lawsuit against my former employer.
