We hired Wannamaker Crimmigration and attorney Omar Carmona for my family member case expecting serious representation and consistent communication. Unfortunately, communication became very limited. We had to constantly follow up to get updates, and he couldn’t answer most of our questions. From our ...experience, there was a lack of attention, urgency, and meaningful action on the case. We did not see the level of effort or progress we were led to expect at the beginning. The case was not handled with the care or priority it required.
