Eric David Meza

Eric Meza is a founding partner and attorney with Lozano Meza Law Firm, where he is known for being a trusted and diligent criminal defense attorney in El Paso, Texas. Over the years, he's handled a wide variety of cases and practices both criminal and civil law. 

In criminal law, Mr. Meza has litigated a variety of complex misdemeanor and felony cases, both state and federal—to include DWI, domestic violence, aggravated assault, drug offenses, manslaughter, murder, illegal entry, smuggling and more. He also handles juvenile defense and parole revocation cases. Mr. Meza 

Mr. Meza also represents clients injured in car crashes to ensure that the other party and their insurance are held accountable for the damage they caused. In both criminal and civil cases, Mr. Meza communicates with his clients to make sure they're informed at each step of the process, and is ready and willing to fight at trial if a settlement cannot be reached.

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Mr. Meza is a graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and later attended St. Mary’s University School of Law. Upon graduating law school, Eric returned to his hometown where he began his legal career. In early 2019, he launched partnered with Cesar Lozano.
