I am extremely grateful and beyond satisfied with the way Attorney White handled a speeding citation for me. Being from out of state and getting a ticket in Texas can be challenging to say the least. But Attorney White and his staff assured me that they would do their best to take care of it. Ms. Gat...son made everything as simple and straightforward as possible. And for the results….. I unfortunately had a very traumatic medical experience happen to me. My wife and I were seeking legal advice from David White who came recommended by a friend. We thought highly of him during the little meeting we had with him. He said if we have questions he was happy to answer them or we could ...consult with another attorney and he wouldn’t take offense. When we got his contract we felt it was one sided to his benefit. We ended up consulting with a few attorneys who were shocked at his contract at how one sided it was. We were furthermore advised to take our potential case out of town due to the nature of the case. My wife emailed a kind reply to thank him for his time and we would keep him in mind for future matters, but we would be taking this particular matter to attorneys out of the area. He replied with a distasteful comment letting us know he would not provide any services to us with this matter or future matters. Very childish and unprofessional response. His response only added more frustrating and stress to us as we are going through something very traumatic to begin with. Attached to my Google review is a screenshot of these two emails I’m referring to so it’s not hearsay for future clients to consider. I see now why he has several 1 star reviews on Google if this is his true character.
