I am extremely grateful and beyond satisfied with the way Attorney White handled a speeding citation for me. Being from out of state and getting a ticket in Texas can be challenging to say the least. But Attorney White and his staff assured me that they would do their best to take care of it. Ms. Gat...son made everything as simple and straightforward as possible. And for the results….. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks again guys!!!

I hired him because I had three traffic tickets and I wanted to try and keep them off of my record. They were very happy to take my payment for there services. Then the first ticket became due and I did not hear from him. It turned into a warrant and I wound up taking care of it myself. The second on...e came due and he allowed it to turn into a warrant. He nor his staff ever returned my phone calls. I finally insisted that they let me talk to Jessica, the lady handling my tickets, and she was going to give them a call and then call me back. I gave her two weeks and I finally got someone to answer their phone. They again tried to give me the, I will have her call you gimmick. I insisted on talking to her and she told me there was nothing they could do. I informed her I wanted my money back. Now I am waiting to see if they actually do that. Waste of time and money. It is all going to be on my record now.

I suffered horrible headaches dealing with this law office just trying to simply take care of a speeding ticket. I hired this law office in January after I received my speeding ticket. They told me I wouldn't need to show up to court and they would call me soon with an offer...well...after receivin...g a letter about a month later from the court saying I was being charged a fee for not showing up to my court date I called the court and they told me they did not have any record that I had repersentation. That David Whites office did not inform the court that I hired them. So I then called the law office of David White and left a voicemail waiting for a return call (this happend quite a few times before actually getting a call back). I never actually spoke to David White but I did speak to quite a few of his people. In the mean time I kept calling the court house to reassure them I did hire a lawyer. Finally they got things straightened out but yet again I went for some time without hearing from anyone so I called the office of course no answer so I called the court house when they told me they sent David White an offer a while ago and havnt heard back which I thought was funnybsince they hadn't called me. Then after 5 whole months they gave me an offer I could have done myself, the same offer I get every time I get a speeding ticket..90 days deferred disposition, court fees, a copy of my defensive driving and what I literally just found out by default, part of the offer was for me to do deffensive driving which was never mentioned to me. I would have never known to do defensive driving if I hadn't made a mistake 9n my money order to the court house. I've never dealt with such an unorganized business in my life. When I asked one women over the phone what did y'all do for me that I couldn't do for myself? Why did I hire y'all? Her response was I don't know!

I recently received a traffic citation for going 54 in a 40. I called the Law Offices of David White to inquire about fighting the ticket and reducing the charges. Miss Jessica answered and, after hearing my situation, advised me that it would be much more affordable to skip hiring a traffic attorn...ey and speak directly with the County Clerk about taking a Defensive Driving course instead. She also informed me that, after completing the course, I could bring verification of completion to my auto insurance company and negotiate a reduction in my monthly insurance premiums. It's refreshing to find an attorney who isn't just in it for the money; Mr. David White and his firm are genuinely interested in helping people through life's tight spots. And you just can't put a price tag on that kind of honesty and personal integrity. If I ever do find myself having another traffic-related "oops," I'll be giving Mr. White and Miss Jessica another call. Thank you!
