This was the only time anybody showed any sense of urgency. After that is where the shady and unethical business practices begin. You ever seen the tv series "Breaking Bad" with scandalous attorney Saul Goodman always looking for a quick buck? That's the Malone Legal Group. Without any x-rays or MRI’s, Merritt Chiropractic diagnosed our injuries and cared for them by placing a warm stinky towel while receiving electrical stimulation around our necks for two minutes and then out the door! Good thing for me, the Department of Health Administration paid for my chiropractic care with a real chiropractor. My girlfriend, however, did not receive the chiropractic care she needed. After thirteen total visits, I put a stop to this! I emailed Valeri Malone stating that we were ready to stop treatment and to begin negotiating with State Farm. Within this email, I also mentioned their lack of aggressiveness. She called me immediately, placed me on speaker phone and told me I should do an MRI to get more money. I was thrown off by this because an MRI is usually recommended before a treatment plan by a medical professional. This was the ONLY time any attorney took the time to call us. It took one hundred and fourteen days from the day we hired them to the day we received payment. Just to be surprised with additional expenses we did not agree to like being charged gas money to deposit checks once they received from State Farm. I assure you, you will be better served elsewhere.
