David Michael Guinn Jr.

Mr. Guinn was straight up with me from the beginning. He listened to the events that led to my arrest, pointed out where I had messed up and told me he would do the best he could to minimize the impact my actions would have on my family and me. He also talked about actions the other party could ta...ke that would impact my situation, things I should do and shouldn't do and how to handle specific issues that might arise. Then we discussed his fees, available arrangements and what was covered in the contract. We stayed in contact over the nine months that transpired as my case went through the legal system. I worked on my list of things he asked me to do. And avoided the things he said I shouldn't do. The other party did what Mr. Guinn expected and that helped my cause. Mr. Guinn took care of all the appearances at the court house, worked with several different people in the district attorney's office. My final disposition was a dismissal of felony assault charges. I believe it was a joint effort of him providing expert advice and guidance so I did what i needed to do and his reputation as a fierce defender of his clients seems to be well known in both the district attorney's office and in the courtroom. I hope I never need a defense attorney again, but would recommend Mr. Guinn too anyone needing help with a similar problem.
