Chase Diethrich

I was charged with a Class A misdemeanor DWI with a BAC >.20. I was involved in a Hit and run accident of a parked vehicle and was under 21. Going into this case I had never been arrested before and being charged with a class A misdemeanor I knew I had not done anything that warranted this kind of charge.
