Chase Diethrich

Chase really is the best of the best. I was charged with a DWI and had a BAC over twice the legal limit. With all of his hard work, I was offered a pretrial diversion program and feel like my life is finally back on track. He answered any questions I had and was quick to respond. I hope to never need... him again, but I highly recommend him to anyone that does!

I was charged with a Class A misdemeanor DWI with a BAC >.20. I was involved in a Hit and run accident of a parked vehicle and was under 21. Chase was a great communicator he told me exactly what I needed to know and never left my questions unanswered. He made me very comfortable in this whole situat...ion. There were never any grey areas. One great thing is that he is straight forward about everything. He told me he was going to fight hard and he sure enough did. Originally they wanted 2 years probation, interlock system in my car, and an almost impossible amount of alcohol awareness classes and community service hours. Chase was able to get my class A misdemeanor dropped to a class B with 18 months of probation. Now not only will I be able to get this off my record in 3 1/2 years, my future remains bright after graduating college in a few years. Everybody needs an attorney like Chase. A fighter.
