I am writing this to warn anyone that may be looking at using Benjamin Webb as your attorney in Lubbock Texas. My experience was horrific. We used him to gain custody of my grandchildren after the mother died. After losing 4 times to the grandmother in court for custody, he agreed to a unification wh...ere my son would drive 18 hours to see his children for 6 hours. He had to do it for four months. After four months, Ben says he's not sure what the agreement was and that it may be 8 months as they requested. Before we had to request a new attorney, he tried to enforce an illegal child support order from Denver in behalf of grandmother and have my son pay it.
