OUTCOME: Case Reduced to Misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated
Client was intoxicated and driving down a backwoods dirt road at night. Turns out, a group of stoned kids were walking down the middle of the dirt road. Client hit a 16 year old girl and broke her no ... se. The DA's office didn't want it to come out that the juvenile was stoned and was partly responsible for the accident.

Girlfriend was upset that client stated he was going to leave her. He started packing his things and he pushed her away. He left and she kept grabbing him. After he left, she called the cops saying ... client choked her. The responding Paramedic wrote in his notes that her blood pressure and heartbeats per second were lower than the responding Paramedic's! Girlfriend also stalked client at his court settings. Needless to say, it was eventually brought out that she was not credible.
OUTCOME: Mistrial
Jury trial ended in mistrial. One of the jurors couldn't keep their sworn oath.
