I consulted with several attorneys about my case, and then contacted Bill Gammon. He spent more time with me, and did more things preparing to consult with me than any of the other attorneys I had contacted. He seemed to be genuinely trying to help, whether I hired him or not. We had a disagreemen...t over the interpretation of the statutory construction of a law. The way Bill interpreted it, would have meant about $100,000 less recovery to me than the way I and the Texas Supreme Court interpreted it, and Bill was not willing to even argue for my interpretation, so I couldn't hire him.
