David Rogers has a brilliant mind and is able to look at different situations in a creative way, finding solutions where other lawyers missed them. He represented me in multiple commercial and real estate disputes and I was very happy with the results.

David went to bat for me against a commissioners court that went out of control. When the court realized that I had a powerful lawyer well schooled in constitutional law they settled with me on my terms. I highly recommend this attorney to represent you.

David Rogers handled a small residential construction complaint for me. He sent a detailed demand letter and got an immediate result. I am also aware that he had been successful filing important public policy lawsuits. I recommend him highly.
