Professionalism is lacking

The way this attorney presents himself outside the office represents how he runs his law firm.

This person never consulted with me regarding any legal matter. She did, however, embarrass herself on social media.

He's awesome!!!! What can I say...not enough room here to do it!

My boyfriend and I had someone show up at our door one day, saying they bought our property. We were under, what we thought and were told, a bankruptcy protection. Not so, the house was actually sold and we were left emotionally and financially on high alert! I did a search for an "eviction" attorney..., as the company that bought it was an Acquisition Company and quickly pursued getting us out so the could take possession. I contacted David's office. After meeting with him and providing him with all our documents (which we knew was OUR JOB!) he took our case. And we felt from day one, that we were in good hands. He was the perfect representative for us..with dealing with our unique situation and with his unique style of researching the issues of his Clients, found that the Acquisition Company was not addressing/handling gaining possession in the correct way. I suffer from a few serious health conditions and I literally almost ended up in the hospital a few times due to the stress of this situation as a whole. However had we had not hired David to represent us, I can almost assure you that I would not be here to write this review. I am thankful for my hero, my attorney DAVID ROGERS. Tammy/Rob

Brilliant mind, creative problem solving

David Rogers has a brilliant mind and is able to look at different situations in a creative way, finding solutions where other lawyers missed them. He represented me in multiple commercial and real estate disputes and I was very happy with the results.

Burnet County passed a bill of attainder on me

David went to bat for me against a commissioners court that went out of control. When the court realized that I had a powerful lawyer well schooled in constitutional law they settled with me on my terms. I highly recommend this attorney to represent you.

He handles large and small cases the same- agressively.

David Rogers handled a small residential construction complaint for me. He sent a detailed demand letter and got an immediate result. I am also aware that he had been successful filing important public policy lawsuits. I recommend him highly.
