He was so helpful

I'm going through a property tax lawsuit and for the last 2 weeks I've contacted upwards of 50 different lawyers. No one would even simply give me the information that I needed to know how to proceed. Michael responded to my message here promptly and gave me a ton of information and what steps to tak...e in the next one and I truly appreciate it. When you're going through something like this and you have no idea where to start just to have one person out of all the others that you contact actually put in the effort to communicate with you makes all the difference

Bill Gammon faught for me!

Searching for an attorney that cares? Are you looking for THE BEST ATTORNEY IN AUSTIN to represent you in a real estate or landlord / tenant dispute? You came to the RIGHT place! Bill Gammon is not just any attorney, he is THE BEST attorney for you. Bill Gammon represented me in a landlord/tenant ...dispute after a large property management company (apartment community) falsely reported debt on my credit report. After several months of disputes, the clock was running out to protect myself. I was forced to file a civil suit, despite knowing it would be nearly impossible to protect myself in court without an attorney. Of the several attorneys I contacted, only 3 represented tenants (the rest represent landlords). Of the three, none could take my case. I was not able to find an attorney, and my case was approaching. That's when I found Bill Gammon! When I contacted Bill, I immediately knew he was different from other attorneys. Bill didn't tell me to pay up or hang up. He gave me the opportunity to share my case and ask questions to determine if he was the correct attorney for me before I paid a dime. Bill is a direct, no BS attorney. He will communicate clearly, efficiently, and will keep your best interest at heart. Bill Gammon didn't just represent me, he fought for me! Bill truly cared about my case. He was able to get the debt removed from my credit, and won my case in court. I am now a home owner and have good credit! Bill is a top-of-the-line attorney, and you will not regret it! Don't forget, YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET! And if you want the BEST, you need to INVEST. A special THANK YOU to Bill, and Charlotte! Thank you for being in my corner when I needed you the most.

Throwing money down the drain!

**Warning not all attorneys are good attorneys**We hired Bill Gammon believing his cocky attitude on the phone would equal good results in our favor going up against a large apartment management company. We were wrong. We put the deposit down and sent in the lease, our invoices and a request for comm...unication. Days went by with no response, which would become the norm. We were passed off to legal assistants, one named Charlotte, that it seems, will make a horrible attorney one day. Our requests for communication, phone calls and our emails went days without response and we were in a position that needed immediate guidance and support. The responses we received were curt at best and unhelpful leaving us feeling like not only were we fighting the apartment but our own hired counsel as well. They fired off a demand letter without our review and there were many mistakes on it. They never read the lease agreement we sent or they would've been able to advise us ahead of the surprise in the legal jargon on the addendum. After many demands for communication, and an inability to communicate directly with Bill, Charlotte let us know that not only did we not hire counsel that would represent us throughout the case but that they were only going to do prelawsuit items. She said they had a connection to and offered us a referral to a company that would take small claims court cases and we have repeatedly requested that referral. To this date, and even after asking for it directly from Bill, we never received it. Completely defeated and disgusted, we settled our case. There was a review we saw on him that talked about how rude he was and we disregarded it. The service we received immediately after hiring him had us regret that we thought we would get any sense of relief from hiring him. We learned the hard way, not all attorneys are good attorneys.

Not just “Attorney “- great friend!

Worked with me, for me and encouraged me through all of the different processes and procedures that my family and I had to encounter. Bill Gammon is a defender of “us” vs “the big banks” that basically do whatever they want! My case had so many “unusual” circumstances that by the time it was all over..., I found out that it’s just “common” practice in how big banks (like Wells Fargo) operate. Bill helped me and my family stay in our home for as long as possible. Almost 5 years before Wells Fargo and corrupt practices took what they wanted. Bill stayed right there by us through it all. From the beginning he told us/me straight up, no guarantees but I will fight for you 100% and extend this as long as possible. And he did just that! Bill is a man of his word and is honest! He doesn’t pull any punches and doesn’t hive you a line of bull ! Thanks Bill! You are truly one of the only fighters left in this world of corruption!! I give you my highest level of recommendation to anyone, anybody who needs a super attorney in their side!

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline
