There for me in clutch

I am very thankful for this man and his staff. I called many law offices today with concerns I have with a rental property as a tenant, Bill was the only one to call me back. He was busy in the exact moment I reached out, his office said they would notify and that he would call. True to his word, he ...called me back outside of normal working hours no less. He heard me out, let me speak without interjecting and gave me the best possible advice I could have ever asked for. I praise this man and his genuine commitment to wanting to help people that are in need. This world is in dire need of more men like him, and at a time when I had no one else to turn to he was there for me. Bill if you read this, thank you again for your valuable time and your advice is something that I will hold near and dear to me for years to come.

He was so helpful

I'm going through a property tax lawsuit and for the last 2 weeks I've contacted upwards of 50 different lawyers. No one would even simply give me the information that I needed to know how to proceed. Michael responded to my message here promptly and gave me a ton of information and what steps to tak...e in the next one and I truly appreciate it. When you're going through something like this and you have no idea where to start just to have one person out of all the others that you contact actually put in the effort to communicate with you makes all the difference

Bill "The Bullldog" Gammon

We hired Bill to review a dispute with a home builder that was intending to keep our earnest money. After a quick review of the case, Bill made one phone call to the builder, and within 24hrs the builder offered to return our earnest money and walk away. We are truly thankful for Bill Gammon. He has... tenacity and spirit and will fight hard for you.

Throwing money down the drain!

**Warning not all attorneys are good attorneys**We hired Bill Gammon believing his cocky attitude on the phone would equal good results in our favor going up against a large apartment management company. We were wrong. We put the deposit down and sent in the lease, our invoices and a request for comm...unication. Days went by with no response, which would become the norm. We were passed off to legal assistants, one named Charlotte, that it seems, will make a horrible attorney one day. Our requests for communication, phone calls and our emails went days without response and we were in a position that needed immediate guidance and support. The responses we received were curt at best and unhelpful leaving us feeling like not only were we fighting the apartment but our own hired counsel as well. They fired off a demand letter without our review and there were many mistakes on it. They never read the lease agreement we sent or they would've been able to advise us ahead of the surprise in the legal jargon on the addendum. After many demands for communication, and an inability to communicate directly with Bill, Charlotte let us know that not only did we not hire counsel that would represent us throughout the case but that they were only going to do prelawsuit items. She said they had a connection to and offered us a referral to a company that would take small claims court cases and we have repeatedly requested that referral. To this date, and even after asking for it directly from Bill, we never received it. Completely defeated and disgusted, we settled our case. There was a review we saw on him that talked about how rude he was and we disregarded it. The service we received immediately after hiring him had us regret that we thought we would get any sense of relief from hiring him. We learned the hard way, not all attorneys are good attorneys.

Consulted with him, but didn't hire.

I consulted with several attorneys about my case, and then contacted Bill Gammon. He spent more time with me, and did more things preparing to consult with me than any of the other attorneys I had contacted. He seemed to be genuinely trying to help, whether I hired him or not. We had a disagreemen...t over the interpretation of the statutory construction of a law. The way Bill interpreted it, would have meant about $100,000 less recovery to me than the way I and the Texas Supreme Court interpreted it, and Bill was not willing to even argue for my interpretation, so I couldn't hire him. He did seem like a nice guy though, and I believe he genuinely believed he was giving me good advice.
