Luckily, I was advised to consult another attorney. Pretrial hearing on docket for Monday, so I met with new atty on Friday before. New atty finds that Morales cut a deal with prosecutor agreeing to 50 yrs TDC/5 yrs state meanwhile, making sure I bring as much money to court on Monday for him. At Monday hearing, morales was surprised to see my new atty was hired and he was fired. As of today, I am free from prison with only a probation sentence. $13,000 down the drain, but another $15,000 got me free. Take heed in hiring this "attorney".
