Ben Cunningham client review

Ben Cunningham has successfully handled legal matters for me over the last few years as Settlement Counsel in complex negotiation matters. I’ve found him to be honest, meticulous in his preparation, and highly approachable. I recommend him for anyone looking for a lawyer who “cares” about his cli...ents and maximizes negotiated resolution of cases without the necessity of litigation. I will continue to turn to Ben for legal counsel should I need it in the future.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have taken two advanced mediation courses from Ben and have enjoyed many private conversations with him. I consider Ben one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated teachers I have ever met. His style and demeanor instill confidence in his students; his mastery of diverse mediation skills inspires respect and admiration among his colleagues and students alike. I have also worked with Ben on several pro bono committees and find him a consummate colleague. He accepts responsibility willingly and always lives up to his word."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
