Three other attorneys (one appointed in conservatorship case) and one judge warned me that she was sabotaging my case. I have recovered from my breakdown and have my children despite her attempts. Stay very far away if you have any emotional trauma or custody concerns, especially if you are a female.

Rachel represented me at the beginning of my divorce and custody battle. Since she was a female lawyer and he come highly recommended by a family friend I hired her. This turned out to be a huge mistake. She never seemed to grasp the true nature of my ex-husband who was extremely abusive. During t...he months that she was my lawyer she merely pushed emails and he phone calls. We did get temporary orders- finally after MONTHS. Eventually I sought new counsel. My new lawyer didn’t have any new revolutionary legal advise for me, but he made me feel protected and listened to me; therefore, I felt confident in his abilities to see my case through. He absolutely did. I came out on top with a majority of the assets and primary custody. Rachel may have knowledge, but she is sorely lacking in people skills. To be a truly successful attorney you need both in my opinion. People cannot trust in those they don’t feel comfortable with.

Rachel helped me with a very difficult situation involving my son living with my ex-wife and her abusive new husband. Within two days we had a court order that he couldn't come near my son. She was quick to jump into action and she was always available when I needed her. I would recommend her to anyb...ody that I know.
