When Mike Massey was not available, Stefanie Long would correspond with me. She was very helpful in letting me know what Texas law would allow in my Will and explained items I didn’t understand. She made sure my Will was done correctly and in a timely manner. She made the signing process very easy by... having everything organized . Stephanie has been communicating with me promptly and periodically for all my needed amendments to the the Original WILL. For all my proposed amendments she explained to me the way it can be structured preserving the content of my amendments. Reminders were continuously sent to me about the Meeting ...for signing at your office in Austin [418 Grace Lane). Even during signing I asked her some questions for clarification. She clarified distinctly. In the last minute I requested for elimination of a paragraph and she deleted and printed a new page and added to the WILL. For sending the original of the "Revocable transfer of Death Deed" to the Williamson County, Stephanie made it so easy for me. Overall, I am immensely pleased with her strong approach to helping the client on legal matters as well as the retention of existing client. For all my future needs, I will strongly prefer Stephanie Esq.

We needed to update our wills and other estate documents. We were easily able to book an appointment and met with Mike for our initial meeting. Mike took the time to go over all considerations for our estate, powers of attorney, and medical directives. We followed up with Stephanie Long, who draft...ed new and updated documents. She took the time to review all of her drafts and amend as necessary. Several days later Stephanie had the final drafts ready for signing. To say this process was organized and efficient doesn't do justice. Stephanie had all of the forms laid out ready to look over and sign, and Melissa the staff notary was also present. All documents were signed, witnessed and notarized on the spot. We were presented with a beautifully organized binder containing all our executed documents, guides and FAQs. The whole process from initial meeting to the execution of all documents and delivery of completed documents took just over a week. Kudos to Mike, Stephanie, et al. It doesn't get better than that!
