Commendation for Mike Massey Law Firm, Austin

My wife and I finally overcame a decade of procrastination about undertaking a last will and testament and attendant, salient documents but with some trepidation about the complexity and time commitment necessary to get the project done we moved forward in October 2024. Our concerns seemed realiz...ed after we met with two different law firms in Austin and we were unable to come to agreement with them about the content and formatting of the documents that we desired. We almost put the matter back on the rear burner. However, happily, perseverance paid big dividends. We learned of the Mike Massey Law Firm in Bee Caves and met with Mr. Massey and subsequently with his attorney assistant Ms. Stepahine Long-Weinstock. It is an understatement to explain that our experience with this law firm on the project stated was absolutely positive in every aspect, gratifying for us as we had become somewhat jaundiced about some aspects of the legal community/profession. But at Massey Law Firm, we encountered a team that was understanding in how we wanted legal matters structured between our out-of-state 5 heirs, informative in how best to go about that, and a total commitment of their professional time and expertise to complete the project to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Great service

We had a great experience with Mike Massey Law. We recently moved from another state and had to re-do all of our trust docs. Mike and Stephanie were very knowledgable, communicative and efficient.

Estate Planning Made Easy

Like most adults, we knew estate planning is an important component of planning your family's future. Also, like most people, it was an intimidating process to contemplate. Start with the website, follow the directions. They start with free 15 minute consultation. They cater to your needs are knowledgeable in all aspects of a Trust and a Will. Draft up something for you to review and tweak and next thing you know they walk you through everything when you go in to sign. ...Extremely efficient professional service!
