Mr. Carrasco is THE attorney if you want someone who can be on your side, tell it as it is, and lead you to make the right decisions practically and ethically when you may not be able to think straight. Mr. Carrasco will let you know when you should accept a deal during mediation and when you are ...better off going to trial. I didn't go to trial but his guidance helped me stay confident and be a lot firmer than I would have otherwise been. Before working with him, I worked with a firm where everyone seemed too busy to focus on my case and tried to intimidate me into accepting bad custody arrangements. Ben never made me feel insignificant just because my situation was simple with no typical issues like abuse, litigations or lawsuits and an ex with a clean profile on paper. If I had known of Mr. Carrasco, I would have hired him from the very start and truly believe I would be in a much better position. When I came to him many years after my initial orders, he reviewed them, and told me that they were terrible and that I should not have ever signed them. I simply cannot adequately put into words how amazing Ben is. The short version of this review is, JUST HIRE BEN! The long version is as follows: Ben was the second attorney I hired for my divorce and he should have been the first!! Ben makes you feel like you are his only client.
