If I had known of Mr. Carrasco, I would have hired him from the very start and truly believe I would be in a much better position. Divorce is never easy, and mine was particularly nasty. I can unequivocally say that hiring Ben was the best decision I made throughout the process. I live in Houston and was the defendant in a case filed in Travis county. I needed an attorney in Austin to represent me for what I expected to be a simple Motion to Transfer the case to Harris county. I found Ben online after reading a couple reviews. When I called Ben, I was fortunate that he ha...d just had a cancellation for the next day, so he agreed to take my case less than 24 hours prior to the hearing. He asked all the right questions and quickly got up to speed on the facts of the case. Not only did he prepare for the Motion to Transfer, but he made sure he was ready to argue the plaintiffs Motion to Enforce, just in case the judge decided to keep the case in Travis county. That turned out to be a great decision because the judge allowed arguments and testimony for both motions before ruling on either. Ben handled himself very well in the hearing and aggressively argued my position. He is a very quick thinker and he reacted decisively and appropriately to unexpected situations. Ben did a great job for me and the judge granted my Motion to Transfer. Now I'm thinking maybe I should have kept the case in Travis county so I could keep Ben on as my attorney!
