My experience with Mr. Carrasco was one of restoring retainers and getting very little value even at minimum expectations. He made some catastrophic mistakes in my divorce that resulted in significant losses of "separate property" and paying him exhorbitant fees. He was no match for the experience ...of opposing cancel and found him to be "speechless" in Court hearing on critical occaisions. The final divorce decree document is so poorly drafted and has now been contested several times in followup hearings. So many conflicts in provisions and grammatical errors. - looks like a very poor "cut & paste" exercise (of course the opposing counsel had something to do with that as well) Be careful with Ben and track his work and deliverables on a weekly basis or you will be shocked at how fast he runs up fees. May be good for non contested divorces; but do not hire him if there are children involved, he is too inexperienced.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while now. The truth is that every time I come to write it, I don’t even know where to start! It’s been a long journey and Ben has done so much for my family. I am one of Ben’s longest clients and can tell you why you should hire him for any family matter. ... Back in 2016, I interviewed several lawyers before Ben regarding an immediate need for representation for my high-conflict separation. I was initially impressed by the videos on Ben’s website. I was also impressed by his Stanford Law education, what others had to say about him, and by his obvious passion for what he does. I ultimately decided on Ben after speaking with him. Just ask him about the time he answered my calls and questions from a hospital bed when he was sick - I’m not kidding! My case was sensitive and complex - involving many hearings, expert witnesses, psych evaluations, a guardian ad litem appointment, CPS, a child therapist, etc. You name it, Ben took care of it for me. He never shied away from these complexities. As an attorney who will fight aggressively when need be, Ben thrived in these situations and always fought for my best interest when dealing with the many entities at hand. He is aggressive but not dirty - this will save you time, money, and sanity, while also protecting your best interest. I could tell Ben had credibility with the judge. He was praised and clearly well-respected. He outclassed opposing counsel, won many key hearings, and his courtroom performance is unparalleled. Billing was always fair and transparent. He was extremely efficient and I know this saved me money. I want to mention that in this business, you get what you pay for. I don’t think I’ve ever been so glad to give my money to someone! Cutting corners and hiring inexperienced or undervalued counsel shows. Save yourself and hire Ben. The results he provides are priceless. In the end, the father’s rights were terminated and my husband is now in the process of adopting my daughter. This is not, nor should hardly ever need to be, the outcome most parents desire - Ben will tell you this himself as he is a very reasonable man - but it was necessary for us. Throughout this process, I learned that termination is next to impossible, but by the grace of God and a lot of hard work, Ben accomplished just that! Ben is a great man and a phenomenal attorney. He cares about what he does and is the best you’re going to find, with the client testimonials to prove it. For any family matter, do yourself a favor and hire Ben.

Divorce is never easy, and mine was particularly nasty. I can unequivocally say that hiring Ben was the best decision I made throughout the process. Wow! What a Top Notch Litigator! Due to unforeseen life circumstances which involved pursuing legal actions against employer among other high ranking officials.
