Jeff Libersat studied Psychology, first at the University of Pennsylvania and then at Davidson College where he graduated with a B.S. in Psychology. He was a competitive Division I athlete, wrestling for Penn when its squad reached 7th place at nationals and becoming captain of his team at Davidson. Jeff earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
Jeff was admitted to practice in Texas in 2011. Before joining Dunham & Jones, Jeff formed a firm which handled expungements in multiple states. He has personally handled hundreds of expunction and nondisclosure cases and handles all of the firm’s cases in this area. Mr. Libersat also works on criminal defense cases in Travis and Williamson counties. Jeff has provided a great deal of Pro Bono representation to clients, and in past years, has been a member of the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas, which includes Texas attorneys who perform the greatest amount of Pro Bono representation.
